If I could give 6 stars I would. The process was simple, and fair priced. Our tech Brian was on time, professional, good communication and very helpful. He did an excellent job replacing front and rear brake pads.

Brian at Brakes Now is the real deal. I called in with a brake issue that wasn’t exactly straightforward, and he didn’t just guess at it — he actually took the time to figure out what was really going on. No upselling, no runaround, just honest answers and a fair price. What stood out most was how well he explained everything. He walked me through exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done, which isn’t something you always get at an auto shop. I had such an amazing experience using this company! I had Mr. Bryan C. come out last minute today after my original appointment through another company was canceled last minute. He got all the work done in an amazing time frame, was kind, personable, and even climbed all the way into the back of his van to let me take pictures of how bad my brake pads and rotors were. I have never paid someone to do work on a vehicle, it has always been me or my father to do the work. I’ve always been very scared of hiring companies to do it for me and not only was I given an amazing deal ( $300- $600 less than other local shops) but I was also treated with much respect and kindness about the matter. Mr. Bryan was even kind enough to educate me and answer any question I had about my new cars brakes.

Great Service all around. Called several places in the area for quotes and this place was ahead of all the big name brand mechanics in the area by several hundred. Brian was my technician and he was great. Gave great service, communicative through the process, made me aware of any potential maintenance needs in the future without trying to push or sell anything, and was knowledgeable. They do mobile service so they came out and the appointment time mark was met, which is big, as we currently have a car in the shop and the appointment time meant very little. All in all it was great service, great price, and easy process all the way through.
